How Do I Become a Ministry Leader?

Have you heard God’s calling to love, serve and lead His people in ministry? The specific approach may still be an open question – or you might already be leading others in a specific area, like children and youth, reaching out to the poor, or a marriage and family ministry.

You are a leader who desires to serve others as they serve the Lord, and you may feel the need for a stronger theological foundation for your experience of God, and a broader knowledge of ministry so you can see your own place within it.
