Course Summary
This unit explores the Gospel of Luke and the Acts of the Apostles as a two-volume work. Students engage with the text in its historical and literary contexts and evaluate key scholarly debates regarding authorship, sources, and historicity. It examines major theological themes including salvation history, the Kingdom of God, pneumatology, discipleship, and the inclusion of marginalised groups, and considers the implications of Lukan theology for contemporary Christian life and ministry.
